Burke Publick House — Downtown East Burke
Relaxed bar vibe and reliable pub food in the center of town. Our default for a casual dinner after a ride.

Tomassoni's — Downtown East Burke
Casual pizza and Italian-style food, also in the heart of town. Local tip: order a pizza to go and bring it down to Hazel's Taproom — great combo.

Wildflower Restaurant — Darling Hill
A great casual dinner option in a lovely setting on Darling Hill. Nice for a slightly more relaxed evening out.

The Burklyn — Darling Hill
Upscale and romantic — the spot for a nice dinner out when the occasion calls for it.

The View Pub at Burke Mountain Hotel — Burke Mountain
The view of Willoughby Gap is unmatched. Bonus: for $5 you can also use the hot tub, gym, and locker rooms. 

Auntie Dee Dee's — Mountain Road
A local favorite for fresh bread, sandwiches, and baked goods. Perfect stop when you need something to take on the road.

Fuel Up, Wind Down

Whatever you're pouring — coffee, kombucha, craft beer, or cocktails.

Café Lotti — East Burke
Espresso, lattes, and baked goods with a cool vibe. Our go-to for a good coffee before a ride or a slow morning.

Hazel's Taproom — East Burke
Craft beer, wine, frozen cocktails, and shuffleboard in a great ambiance. Pro tip: grab a pizza from Tomassoni's and bring it down here — one of our favorite low-key evenings out.

Mike's Tiki Bar — East Burke
An iconic outdoor bar tucked behind the Kingdom Trails office. Great for post-ride food and a brew in the sun.

Roadside Pint — East Haven
A refreshing brew stop right in East Haven. Easy detour from the trails.

Next Trick Brewing — West Burke
Right here in West Burke, open for the summer season starting in May. Worth checking the calendar before you visit.

Whirligig Brewing — St. Johnsbury (aka St. J)
Taproom and bistro in nearby St. J. Nice change of scenery for an evening out.

Hill Farmstead Brewery — Greensboro
One of Vermont's most celebrated craft breweries, about an hour away in Greensboro. Worth planning a day around.
Wildflower Trailside Bar — Darling Hill
A beverage and snack stop right on the trails at Darling Hill. Especially magical during the autumn glow on a late-afternoon ride.

Kingdom Corn Maze — East Burke area
Corn maze plus animals, a gift shop, ice cream, and wagon rides. Open August through fall — fun for families and anyone who wants a laid-back afternoon.

Burke Mountain Maple Co. — Kirby Road
Local maple syrup and maple products. More available at East Burke Market if you don't make it out to the sugarhouse. In summer, their farmstand on 114 between East Burke and Lyndonville carries sweet corn, eggs, canned goods, fresh bread, and various local treats (may include pies, cookies, & doughnuts!)

Sweetwater Studios — Right next door
Yoga just steps from the property — including men's yoga and trapeze yoga. Popular classes, so reserve in advance.

Catamount Arts Center — St. Johnsbury
Music, dance, and theater in St. J. Check their calendar for what's on during your stay.

Vermont Children's Theater — Lyndonville
Summer kids' theater in neighboring Lyndonville. A sweet outing if you're here in July or August with kids.
